Phenomenal medal just arrived from @RAFMUSEUM on completion of the #LancasterChallenge . Managed to run over 250km in the end over the period 9 Jan to 9 May 21. Its a decent weight! @MiddlesexATC @RegComdtLASER @aircadetslaser @ComdtAC
