Derfor har vi ved Klinik for Lugte- og Smagsforstyrrelser etableret gratis kokkeskoler for patienter med lugtetab med Rasmus Bredahl og Christian Bøjlund.
Forsøgsdeltagere med lugtetab søges fortsat i København i uge 43.
I forbindelse med vores kokkeskoleprojekt for patienter med lugtetab laver vi i samarbejde med KU en undersøgelse af hvilke smagsforstærkere der forbedrer madoplevelsen. Kontakt Helene på [email protected]
