A woman, talking about a woman comparing herself to yet another woman. Who belittles her more? Men. It's almost like men don't really care about protecting women by attacking trans women
This is a cope. No one needs to compare themselves to trans women if they’re secure in themselves and their womanhood.

Money, and the acquisition of it by any means necessary
I keep hearing "conservative values." What do they fucking value anymore?

Reminder: - EA cancelled the Single Player Dragon Age 4 in development from 2015-2017 - Pushed them to create a live service Dragon Age because of trend chasing. They considered multiplayer the future of gaming, "nobody plays single player games anymore" except then Jedi Fallen Order released with huge success and they pivoted again. - After 3 years of development on Live Service Age from 2018-2021, EA & Bioware decide to remove the Multiplayer component but instead of rebooting a second time they gave them 18 months to rip out all that live service work and have them make it a single player game AGAIN, at a significant disadvantage to meet expectations. - Six years of wasted development now, when a lot of the series veterans had been laid off or quit out of frustration with EA along with numerous management and staff changes. Among these names are David Gaider, Mike Laidlaw, and later before Veilguard's release Mary Kirby. Her departure was an abysmal sign for the future of DA before this next game had even released. - This resulted in the announcement of Dragon Age Dreadwolf in 2022, later renamed Veilguard which retained the scars of it's live service development when it released in 2024 and was never the true game Bioware would have given us if they hadn't been constantly fucked around. We could and should have had the intended Dragon Age 4 before 2020, instead it took almost a DECADE for the follow up. The worst things these companies do is trend chase something, with zero foresight on temporary trends. By the time you release that game public opinion has shifted. Rocksteady's Suicide Squad as a clear example of this too. Just let creative people make something they are passionate about and stop putting them in boxes. Let developers make something real by giving them time and resources to deliver something memorable with a clear goal, not a post mortem example like Anthem on how not to develop a game. EA has been fucking over Bioware basically since they acquired them. Issues with Andromeda, Anthem, Veilguard aside as yes all three have their issues and you'll even have people going back to Mass Effect 3/DA2/Inquisition with issues as well; a lot of this comes from a long long period of EA pushing Bioware into a corner and then watching them be a punching bag for it. It also comes from internal schisms within Bioware where there was a strange Mass Effect vs Dragon Age rift and David Gaider said they may as well have been two different studios with how the culture was different, plus the writers getting fucked over at every turn. People taking the lowest hanging fruit possible and are gonna just say it was Veilguard, it was Anthem, it was Andromeda etc that sealed their fate when in actual reality it was a long list of issues going back 15+ years that led to the issues within those games in the first place.

My problem with lists like these is that there are so many horror films I love. I can only say that my favorite horror film of all time is When Evil Lurks (2023). That was the most blood-chilling film I have ever seen
My favorite fluctuate quite a lot. But at the moment, I’d say: 5. Maximum Overdrive 4. The Fly 3. Late Night With The Devil 2. Night Beast 1. Phantasm

Many people can't (or don't) differentiate between objective and subjective. Here's the question: is there a value judgment? For instance, "This pizza is good," is a value judgment, ergo it's subjective. "The sky is blue," is not, ergo it's objective

The answer is simple. If Microsoft and Sony are foolish enough to release consoles that are eye-wateringly expensive, boycott them. And their games. We as consumers hold all the power. If their wares are too expensive then just don't buy them. It won't take long for them to make their products affordable once again.
We went from $500 consoles to $1800 consoles REAL fast. This is not sustainable...

Remember, kids, the Republicans are never good for the economy
Remember… nearly every economic metric was better when Biden handed over the Presidency to Trump. - Real wage is down. - Inflation saw its biggest increase in 4 years, 3.7% - Unemployment is 4.2% - Gas has been above $4 for 160+ consecutive days beating Biden’s record. - Diesel reached its highest price ever in history. - Trump started a new war he can’t win. - Brent Crude Oil: $109 to $110 - Trump lifted sanctions off Russia to buy diesel.

Second day of major voting machine outages in the Como neighborhood of west Fort Worth. I bet all the machines in Southlake are working just fine.

I don't understand why Stellar Blade and Hades 2 are getting compared when the obvious comparison is right fucking there: Nier: Automata is hornier than Stellar Blade, sold more than Stellar Blade, and was more misunderstood than Stellar Blade
Hades 2 sold an estimated 4 million copies on Steam alone. We don't have numbers for Switch 1/2, Xbox, PS5 or EGS which could easily put it at 6+ million copies. So much for being "safe horny"

The unfortunate reality for the marginalized is that people are driven by both emotion and rationality. The Overton window keeps shifting to the right due to fear, and the RW uses their rational minds to justify it. It is the job of allies to keep that window from shifting

Crazy. The first time I read anything close to horror, it was Frank Peretti, a Christian author. As much as I hate to say it, it was he who sparked my interest in the horror genre. I regret nothing

Totally shocked to find Trump is the amoral obedient puppet of an evil dictator; 10 years after we already found that out.
Beyond irresponsible. What part of enforcing a law passed 86-11 by the Senate does the President and his advisors not understand? It’s unconscionable that this administration is capitulating to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians every single day. If the President wants to actually bring down energy prices, he can do it by solving the Iran problem, not by doing a solid for Vladimir Putin. apnews.com/article/russia-sa…

A Russian drone strike on Nova Vodolaha killed a teacher and her one-year-old daughter.💔💔 Inna Maryukhna, a 28-year-old primary school teacher, and her little daughter Angelina were killed on October 19 when a Russian drone struck a central park where families with children were present. Her colleagues remember Inna as kind, sincere and devoted to her pupils. A mother and her baby. Another innocent victims of Russian agressive invasion.🤬🤬

You know, for a Christian, he really acts a lot like one of his Muslims. Lyin' Ted strikes again
We are witnessing Islamists right now burning Paris because Europe has committed cultural suicide. We should look to France as foreshadowing for what America faces if we don’t stop this here. We are fighting to save our nation.
