Beyond excited to share that I’m now apart of the Going Deep team at @PitcherList! I can’t wait to truly get my hands dirty this season, but in the meantime, let’s have some fun trying to predict the future ⬇️

Gasser will go the entire postseason without throwing a four-seamer to a lefty. He threw them 18% of the time during the regular season.
Robert Gasser starts tonight, which means the Brewers have another opportunity to flex their player development muscle. If his last two starts are any indication, it won’t come with many four-seamers. I have some theories about that ahead of Game 3. pitcherlist.com/robert-gasse…

Here's a quick (lol not really) rundown of Data Suite 2.0, including: - how to navigate tables - find filters - calculate custom columns - some of my favorite reports to use for my own research! Data Suite 2.0 is still free for the next couple of days! @FantasyPtsData

@RyanJ_Heath I’m playing around with the @FantasyPtsData data suite access they enabled for this week but there’s SO MUCH available for a newbie. Where would you recommend getting started? What are some of your favorite reports, stats, tabs, or research?

Every time I go back to the Data Suite, I find a new rabbit hole to go down. So much information, so many ways to play with it. Absolutely a must-try while it’s free

There was always going to be skepticism about Luis Arraez’s defense heading into free agency. I don’t think this FRV sequencing helps his case. DRP doesnt follow quite the same trend, but is far less bullish overall.

The best tribute I can give Lane Johnson is when we did BADASSES at the Eagles Super Bowl we had to just do a supercut because everyone involved with the Eagles said Lane was the biggest badass they'd ever played with or coached. You gotta watch:
In doing BADASSES with the Eagles they all kept saying the same guy: Lane Johnson. So we let them tell their Lane Johnson stories. Jalyx Hunt *apologizing* after trying to beat him in camp is something special. The Lane Johnson supercut:

This is a Justin Herbert chart, because of course it is, but props to Drew Lock for one of the more impressive two-game backup cameos in recent memory

Among the bigger reasons why the Mets struggled was the middle of the roster collapsing. The Baby Mets have largely failed to fire, and New York paid for it. I wrote about the best of them, Francisco Alvarez, and how his chance to break out makes him a 2027 X-factor. 🔗⬇️

Good first full-time win for Andy Green. Given the job he’s done, the crop of candidates, and the continuity he provides, I’m very happy he’s sticking around for the long haul. Also very grateful that virtually every time he speaks to the media, he makes good on that praise.

Justin Martinez threw harder than almost everybody in the sport. Then he returned from Tommy John. Now he is throwing harder than everybody in the sport. Martinez’s 80-grade velocity is a fun trump card for the Diamondbacks’ home stretch, even if the gains are temporary. 🔗⬇️

Few thoughts on the Jets after watching it back (thread) 🟢 easily the least stressful Monday watch of recent memory 🟢 offensive line looked great. Parham can *move*, Fashanu looks improved and save for a few Simmons snaps, Membou was dominant

🟡would have liked to see David Bailey win with more than just speed/tenacity. Early, but didn’t pop 🟢staff made the right call on Belton > Cisco 🟢 Darrell Jackson Jr flashed in limited action, impressive showing from entire iDL room

Ultimately an excellent vibes win, hopefully they exorcised the mope. They made a horrible team look horrible. That’s what you’re supposed to do! Go beat the Packers so the optimism doesn’t look dumb.
