#tandem23 Dr. Chris Kanarky. 2 slide summary!. PTCY mechanism: induces functional impairment of alloreactive T cells (not quantity but quality of T cells!), increase in T regs.. mediating IST.. lower doses can be effective 25 mg/kg on day +3 and +4.#2 PCTY + alloCART! Wow!
