有志プロジェクト「GoSRecomp」によって、Windows PCでの動作を実現!!
そして、ここからが重要。
本作は2021年に日本でも配信されたタイトルだが、2026年にApple Arcadeでの配信が終了。現在は正規の配信から姿を消している。
今回のプロジェクトは、オリジナルのmacOS版ゲームコードを解析・変換し、Windows上でネイティブ動作を実現するもの。
日本語を含む全言語に対応し、ストーリーモードやクエストもプレイ可能。オフラインで遊べる仕組みまで実装されている。
サービス終了によって遊ぶ機会を失った作品を、再びプレイ可能な形で残す。ゲーム保存という観点でも非常に意義深い取り組みだ。

Castlevania: Grimoire of Souls is now on Windows 🦇
Per the repo, Grimoire of Souls Windows 1.0.0 ports the Apple Arcade Mac version to native Windows, with an offline server emulator so it runs without the official servers.
The project says you need your own copy.
