It used to be. It still uses the format but we don’t know anyone behind the site anymore.

I think having a home document is still useful even with some OpenAPI overlap. It's browsing items on a menu vs. inspecting all the ingredients for each item. There's also @APIsjson, which I'd put in the same category as JSON Home.
