Trae is the ONLY Hawks player drafted to not miss significant time due to injuries or suspensions and that should be noted and applauded.... everyone else has missed a portion of 2 seasons...
Trae Young is the smallest of the group

The WNBA had an incredible year, capped by an incredible seven-game Finals!
Now it’s time to capitalize. Continue telling the stories of the stars we know by one name… A’ja, Caitlin, Angel, Paige, and those who have a chance to get there: Gabby, Olivia, and Kelsey. Don’t forget to introduce us to those who are up next either!
There’s always going to be BS that comes with growth, but this was a banner year for the league. Can’t wait to see it continue to grow!

He interrupted. Like they always do. Thought he could talk over her, steamroll her time, dismiss her authority. But Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett didn’t raise her voice. Didn’t match his energy. Didn’t need to. She just stopped, looked at him,

Lots of red flags before the smack. Yelling/cursing with scissors in hand for starters. Failing to maintain a safe distance. Calling him out his name. Fellas y'all do not have to tolerate that type of shit

“Sometimes that laid back approach carries over to the team and you have a laid back team” - Cousins talking about Ty Lue
I HAVE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR YEARS‼️
Lue is way too NONCHALANT, dude doesn’t even look like he cares… so the team follows suit 🤦🏻♂️
A man on The Price Is Right guessed the showcase at $23,743. The actual retail price was $23,743. The show's own staff thought he had cheated.
In September 2008, Terry Kniess was on stage with a trailer, a pool table and a karaoke machine in front of him. His opponent passed the showcase to him. He didn't round the number.
In the video below, host Drew Carey reads the result: "Actual retail price, $23,743. You got it right on the nose."
Kniess won both showcases, $56,437 in prizes. It was the first exact showcase bid since the early '70s.
Behind the scenes it was a crisis. Carey and the staff worried the show was rigged and that someone had fed him the answer.
Kniess later said he had recorded and watched every episode for four months and had seen all three items before. The 743, he said, was his PIN, built from his wedding date and his wife's birth month.
But there was someone else in the audience. Ted Slauson, a math teacher, says he went to 37 tapings and spent years tracking prices. "The same refrigerator freezer is on four different episodes... $789 all four times."
Slauson later claimed he helped Kniess make the perfect bid. Kniess says he did it alone.
After that, the producers started rotating in more and different prizes so the prices couldn't be memorized.
Bob Barker, who hosted for 35 years, put it best: "Without those people, I would have had to work for a living."
Was it the smartest contestant in the show's history, or the best-hidden helper in the crowd?

I agree you take the best player available, but I don’t agree that AJ was clearly a better prospect than DP. I think DP has superstar potential too, and Washington needed a lead guard. That’s why I would’ve taken him. Now you’ve got AJ trying to find his place among a bunch of guys with similar games and RIGHT NOW, Kyshawn looks like a potential superstar.
Uh oh
The Washington Wizards didn’t need AJ Dybantsa. They already have Kyshawn, Anthony Davis, Will Riley, Bilal Coulibaly and Alex Sarr.
Watching them play the OKC Thunder, he looks lost out there. I just don’t see where AJ fits as this is already George’s team. There are too many guys with overlapping games.
They would’ve been better off drafting Darryn Peterson and developing him into their lead guard as Trae Young phases out.
