Prior to 2009, Villa finished above Man City 76 times and City finished above Villa 39 times. Since 2009, City have finished above Villa 17 times, Villa 0. The financial doping not only benefitted City but has crippled Villa.

I always respected the work rate of Watkins, always questioned his quality, not in the top 10 Villa strikers I鈥檝e seen, never celebrated others scoring and generally came across as a bit of a prick. If he鈥檚 replaced, I鈥檓 ok with it. #AVFC

Despite losing footballers. Still feel there is only one irreplaceable figure at the club & he鈥檚 still here. I do worry for how long due to restrictions we all know but he鈥檚 incredible, if ever a season to get behind him it鈥檚 this one!! Still a few more to come in I reckon. #AVFC
