Nothing says cognitive decline quite like threatening a continent with renaming an ocean on the complete opposite side of the planet.
Trump: I think let's keep it the Atlantic Ocean, right? Pacific Ocean—we're going to call it the American Ocean. How do you think Europe, how do you think Europe would feel? Do you think they'd like that?

Every warning brushed off. Every signal downplayed. Every prediction people thought was exaggerated. All of it has come true.

While Russia murders Ukrainians and helps Iran target Americans, Witkoff is busy groveling before Putin as if he’s forgotten whose interests he’s supposed to represent. It's a shameful, humiliating spectacle, unworthy of anyone speaking on behalf of the United States.

We are past the point of political disagreement. We are witnessing a catastrophic collision between unchecked narcissism and obvious neurological decay. It is the most dangerous intersection in American history: a man with the absolute power of the Presidency and the absolute cognitive failure of a person no longer tethered to reality.

Yesterday, three students and a teacher were killed in a school shooting in Oregon. In most countries, that would dominate national headlines for days. In America, it barely interrupts the news cycle. The loss of life is heartbreaking. The ease with which we absorb it is a tragedy all its own.

My heart is completely broken for the children, families, teachers, and entire Silver Rail Elementary community in Bend, Oregon today. Elementary school should be about jungle gyms, math class, and making new friends—not learning where to hide from a shooter. We cannot keep asking our children to be brave enough to survive school shootings. Our leaders must be brave enough to stop them.

Barack Obama graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law, but Trump can’t help himself from pushing the tired, racist lie that a Black man’s achievement could never be earned on merit.
Trump: Barack Hussein Obama got into college for different reasons than you did. He's not a smart guy

If you want to know which seats will determine control of the U.S. House, look at where the mega-donors are spending. Outside groups have flooded @JaredEMoskowitz's race with over $15.6 million—with more than $10.7 million spent just attacking Jared. We can't let MAGA super PACs buy this seat. I just chipped in. Join me if you can: secure.actblue.com/donate/jm…

Remember when Donald Trump spent an entire campaign swearing he’d end the Ukraine war in 24 hours?

We can all feel the economic pain of Trump's war, but the true cost is being hidden. How many service members have we lost? What is the real damage to our bases? Where are our tax dollars going? It is essential that we elect a new Congress that is willing to uncover the full scope of the fallout. It is almost certainly worse than we think.

Ukraine is taking on the machinery of foreign disinformation directly at the source. President Zelenskyy deserves our full, unwavering support for doing it.
When we started responding to Russia’s operation against our data centers, and when our strikes reached Yandex’s data centers, it suddenly became a little easier to breathe on many social media platforms. A lot of people noticed it. There was less hate, less division, and fewer provocations. Because there were fewer bots. And it’s pretty clear where those bots were coming from – if they disappeared when Yandex went offline. This proves, again and again, that Europe is not the source of the problems. Europe is not the one making everything more difficult. Most importantly, we need people in America, every morning, when the day in Europe is already moving toward evening, to really see what is happening. To see the truth. From a speech at the Warsaw Security Forum. (3/3)

Putin’s illegal, unprovoked, full-scale invasion of Ukraine has killed countless civilians and devastated an entire nation. Buying Russian diesel while Russia continues its war sends exactly the wrong message. The United States should be isolating the Kremlin, not helping finance its aggression.

Blaming Zelenskyy for U.S. diesel prices is the political equivalent of burning dinner and then deciding the smoke detector is the problem.
