My new sketchbook is mostly made up of people I drew in church and they didn't know it. Our comic The Adventures of Corn Doug and Diggity Dog features all sorts of fun additions like mad lib stories, how to draw, and recipes from kids.

In a recent volume we creates this kids’ guide on coming up with a character, including ways to think about who they are and what their story is. Kids send in characters that may be part of a story we publish down the road.
Liking football sounds amazing
🇺🇸 In Virginia, a 64-year-old man was charged after he taped his wife to a chair in the basement so he could watch football upstairs.
Terry Ward was arrested last Sunday night in Richmond after officers responded to a domestic call.
According to the criminal complaint, his wife said he used tape to restrain her to a chair in the basement.
Ward admitted he tied her up and left her there.
She had marks and tape residue on both arms and told police she had been restrained for up to 45 minutes.
He faces felony abduction and misdemeanor assault on a family member
He is due in court on November 10.
Just want to gloat that @VanceKovacs is part of the @explodeybook team because 90% of us are huge Narnia fans, and well, Vance is a huge Narnia artist too.
I’m super excited about one of our newest artists Robb Mommaerts. His drawings have the joy of man who was incredibly disciplined in his craft and yet never forgot how to think like a kid. There is a whole batch of coloring pages by him in our recent volume.
We also publish these medieval looking fantasy fairy tales by the young old soul Forrest Lybrand. Find him on Instagram, he’s very unique and talented and very into pipes and crosshatching. His Timbermyth stories feel classic even though he writes a new one in every volume.
I’m incredibly proud to be illustrating Eric Branscum’s Fish Can Talk And Always Could. It’s an incredibly fun and fascinating tale told with the whimsicality and humor of Dahl or Lemony Snickets but with more optimism. Each volume of @explodeybook contains a couple of chapters. Some day I’m pretty sure this will be a classic family favorite film.
One time my daughter asked me how to draw eyes. I told her there are so many options for how to draw eyes. So I drew her a whole page of different ways to draw eyes and put it in @explodeybook. I’ve also done mouths, noses, and hands.
No matter what I do, my X app and my Gmail app say I have one notification left. This is how men snap.
