Now, help me figure this out. If the UAP topic itself is NOT classified, only the detection systems and implements, then why is this memo even necessary? Something is rotten in DOD.
Here’s what the data shows. I will post a sub thread on ones I may disagree with.
Picks leans: Jax, Cincy, Dallas, KC, Detroit, Cleveland, NYG, Rams, Carolina, Houston, NE, SF, Seattle, Chicago, and Buffalo.
Closest were CLE-NO, DEN-CAR, and BUF-MIN. I personally lean NO, Carolina, and Minny. CLE-NO is splitting hairs. I know DEN and CAR are trending in different directions but I feel like this could be a “get right” game for CAR. And give me the heavy D over the heavy O for MIN.
Last week the NFL stats leans went 9-4 heading into the MNF game. That one came out as a tie, so I picked Seattle on a lean and it lost. So we will say we went 9-5. Next post will be the picks for Week 9.
All these people crying about the INITIAL CFP rankings: you DO realize there are still like 4 weeks left for your team to change things, right? This is just the beginning, not the end.
So in reviewing my notes from last year about NFL stats I realized I messed up. I can’t use it to accurately predict spreads, just lean toward winners. Had I done that, per my stats, we would be 9-4 heading into tonight’s game. In that light, we’ll go back to model next week.
We hit: Green Bay, Buffalo, Cincy, Pitt, Tampa, Jax, Rams, Patriots, and Wash.
Misses: Dallas, Minny, Jets, and Chiefs.
Not a bad start there. Will start crunching numbers for next week after the game tonight to take advantage of early odds.
Have a blessed day folks!🙏
Something is missing with this IU team. Offense and ST have taken a significant step back. Defense is still balling but how long can they hold up and do everything?
Back to NFL “leans” using only data. No bias, no injuries, no weather, just data. We now have enough to make some leans, even some I will disagree with due to injuries, fire sales, weather, etc. We were in the 60’s percentage wise last season. So see appended posts 👇
NOTE: all lines current as of posting and may change***
Thursday Night: Carolina +3.5
Sunday: Balt +3, Cincy -10, Dallas -7, Minn +3, Jets -1.5, Cleve +3.5, Atlanta +2.5, Indy +9.5, Rams -6.5, KC -1.5, NE -7, Philly +5.5.
Monday Night: Chicago +3.

Oh man...
Chiefs with Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes as a road dog are 13-1 ATS (93%)
Seahawks with Mike Macdonald and Sam Darnold with close spread at home are 1-6 ATS (14%)

Chiefs +3 at Seattle is a strong bet. Mahomes and Reid have a 10-1-1 ATS record as road dogs. Seattle's Sam Darnold has 7 interceptions and limited run support. Four of Seattle's six games were decided by 3 points or fewer.
