21 months. I am going to repeat again that I am dealing with something that is medically unexplainable and is almost certainly going to drive me to suicide any day now. Every second is unbearable torment. I have lost everything in my life to this.

TW - i’ve been stuck in a state of severe suicidal ideation/emotional torment for 18 months following a CBT session and for some reason it just keeps getting worse and worse? I’ve lost so much of my life to this and don’t know how much more I can tolerate this.

I am just suffering for no reason. I will be driven to suicide for something nobody can explain. I feel like I am already in Hell. I am suffering so badly inside. What has that therapy session done to my brain? Why get worse over time? Why turn off and back on?

Why 5htp worked once and never again? Why would two different SSRI’s temporarily worsen an existing, oddly specific symptom? How is that even possible?
