We have a weight-loss brand that hit $500K/month.
They scaled with $0 in ad spend.
What they do is help ecommerce store owners increase their LTV by 30%.
Store owners don't have to change a thing in their funnel to get that boost.
Insane how that works.
I had all the money in the world, and I still couldn't run away.
After the earthquake here in Panama, I tried to get a flight to Miami, but every plane was grounded. I looked into private jets, and even they couldn't take off.
So I had nowhere to run, and I was literally powerless.
In that situation, I just gave in and went back to the apartment, knowing I was in God's hands.
What people think happens when your business partner steals $530K:
- You send him to jail
- You fight him for the business
- You never recover
What actually happens:
You can smell a degenerate founder in the coaching and info space from a mile away. The red flags are usually the same.
Red flag number #1:
4. They're not able to keep their team
They have multiple hustles going on, so their organization has high turnover.

Highest ROI people:
- are usually athletes
- have played on sports teams
- understand teamwork and high performance
- are irrepressible forces of nature
- are more intense than you might be comfortable with
- want to win at whatever they do
- tell you when things are going right and when they’re going wrong
- operate at the speed of light (I get instant responses from them)
- are intelligent, but that’s only part of the equation
- make you feel like you can never overpay them

In 2015, I was interviewing for jobs while starting a business.
11 years later, that business has generated $200M+ (100% bootstrapped).
This is how I went from jobless to a 9-figure family business:
If you own a business, giving an equal share to the people who built it with you feels expensive.
But looking over your shoulder costs more.
