🚨 WANT TO KNOW WHY YOUR ELECTRIC BILL CONTINUES TO RISE? 🚨 Another $135,000 in political donations from Dominion Energy on 10/29, bringing the total amount over the past 20 days to $1,940,000. The most wild part of this: none of these people are on the ballot this year and these donations are a HUGE OUTLIER from past years. During this same period for the 2024 cycle, Dominion gave only $331K in political donations. So why so much now? What's going on?
🚨 THE DOMINION POLITICAL MONEY SPIGOT CONTINUES 🚨 Dominion Energy gave another $250,000 political donation on 10/28 bringing their total political contributions to $1,805,000 in 19 days. ‼️$1.8 MILLION IN NINETEEN DAYS‼️ A little math for perspective. That works out to: $95,000 per day $3,958 per hour $66 per minute Think about that. They gave $66 in political donations every minute, of every day, for the PAST 19 DAYS. 🤯 By the way, how much was your energy bill last month? Please share in the comments how many minutes your utility bill was. 💸 If you know a local or state reporter, tag them. Folks need to know what's going on. 😱

can't make assumptions anymore about people's politics bc libs and leftists often dress like early 2000s republicans (e.g., carpenter pants, western shirt, cowboy boots) and today's conservatives often dress like early 2000s democrats (e.g., slim chinos, minimalist sneakers)
Fox: Why are you here this morning? Trump rally attendee: Well, in the late 70s, I was a little too young to go to South America for the Jonestown Massacre. But this is as close as I'll ever get, so that's why I'm here. There's nothing like seeing a cult right up front.

Correct. Temporary tax cuts (no tax on tips/overtime/etc) were front-loaded while cuts to healthcare were scheduled to phase in after the midterms.
Abdul El-Sayed: “The worst of the Big Ugly Bill hasn’t even hit yet. They knew it would be so disastrous to working people that they didn’t actually make it take effect until after the midterms. In January, Medicaid cuts, ACA subsidy cuts, all of that is gonna get worse. It’s about to be a nuclear bomb that goes off on our healthcare system”

Since we joined RGGI and passed VCEA dominion has put two massive gas proposals on the table… a student of policy would tell you that means the laws are not sufficiently motivating them to decarbonize. Legislators should start shifting allowance costs to Dominion. Allowing them to pass through the financial impacts of their decisions to disregard clean energy goals needs to stop.

Just last month, DoorDash couldn’t seem to find the money to pay their deliveristas — until our administration forced them to give back $131M+ in stolen wages and penalties. This week, they’ve managed to find $17 billion to acquire one of their main competitors. Corporate consolidation means higher prices, harsher exploitation, and greater economic inequality for New Yorkers. We’ve stood up to these giants before. That doesn’t stop now.
