RIP Eric Bauza. I met him only once, at this year's SDCC, but I immediately knew I wanted to cross paths with this incredible human being again. Sadly, now I can't, and no one else can either. I'm still in shock. Devastating news for all of us.

so either it IS Warner bros sending those strike and they're just using a very poorly managed company to do so/going out of their way to take down fanart (which seems insanely pointless to me), or this striker is impersonating Warner Bros' copyright company to take down the posts

OKAY SO the company MarkScan named in the email seems to actually be the company Warner bros uses to copystrike their contentw although when i looked up the adress cited on google map there were many MANY reviews calling it a scam that constantly sends wrongful copyrights (1/2)

about the strike here's some parts of the email i've received to help clarify some things (not including the personal information), also some ppl speculated that it's a wrongful copyright because the striker is in india & i believe they are right so i'll make another post on why
