Another game where things looked incredibly bleak, but the team managed to haul themselves back in it and win it, so fair play as I had serious doubts. Kvistgaarden and Maghoma increasingly becoming the key men. All goals were high quality. #ncfc – at Macul, Chile
I had worried all week how much of last week was just Charlton being really bad. Decent start until they scored, but a real lack of EVERYTHING you'd want from #ncfc 2 down at home. It's a huge wake-up call (again) to those who don't think this club is heading the wrong way. – at Macul, Chile

Fleetwood Town knocking out Arsenal this season, Grimsby knocking out Man United last season.
That’s why ye do it, that’s why ye turn up week in week out no matter what, go through the pumpings, last minute heartbreak n relegations.
For moments like that. Superb.

Absolutely delighted for him. Ultimately it remains just an award, but it rightfully places him among the immortals of the game. So well deserved for more than a decade of exceptional performances.

Grande Lula! El líder latinoamericano más importante de este siglo y un héroe de la clase obrera. Bien por Brasil y por el mundo!
A deserved win, but a lot of poor and dodgy moments in there still, but should be something to build on. Not sure if Darling really earned another start there, but Grimshaw, Maghoma, and Kvistgaarden certainly did. Hopefully Mahgoma going off wasn't for anything major. #ncfc
Mexican commentators on my stream were outraged by the ref, especially with the amount of injury time added, and when he didn't blow up on 98mins, they were laughing and saying "THIS REF DOES NOT WANT TO GO HOME". #ncfc
Fair play to Grimshaw, he's been one of our most alert to danger players today. #ncfc
Well we haven't scored and were unlucky not to get a penalty. Much better start to this half than the first. Charlton do look the worse side we've played though, it has to be said. #ncfc
Out of nothing really, but a superb ball from KvistGoreham, nice composure from Maghoma. Hopefully we can kick on from here. #ncfc
Look at us playing aimless long balls in our Isthmian League standard kit playing in front of a League One crowd and losing 1-0. Might as well get familiar with it now I guess. #ncfc – at Macul, Chile
