#Shetland remains weekly appointment viewing for me. The penultimate ep’s cliffhanger moment is, surely, which @DeaconBluemusic track from #Raintown were they seeking out? 🤔⛈️💙
Our Twilight Zone cortijo nights returned tonight for the first time in a year, and all under the atmospheric Beaver Moon! 🌕
“Let us remember.”

I could have kept on contributing to this thread of favourite score by Mark Snow for The X-Files, but made myself stop! 🛸🎹

“Scully’s Serenade” is another highlight, so evocative of her emotional pain at moments such as this, with Mulder missing 🛸🎹

So many to choose from, but this scene from I Want to Believe it is the heart of what the film is about, and Mark Snow’s score elevates it to another level of beauty and resonance—as he so often did 🛸 🎹

And I celebrated the album’s release by breaking down on a (but not the) Great Western Road. 😐 There’s a metaphor in there for where my life is at, I’ m sure. Here’s hoping for a better visit to *the* Great Western Road later this year!
Listening to #ShrinktheBox analysing Chandler Bing and reflecting on the potential of the late, great Matthew Perry in other roles, look no further than the superb but sadly short-lived "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip", still a personal favourite of mine. youtu.be/kiNMPivR7eo
