Really good day leading pitching development for the Illinois Bombers. What I enjoy most about this type of work is that it goes beyond running pitchers through drills. It’s creating a shared language, helping coaches better understand what they’re seeing, giving pitchers direction, and building a development process that can actually carry throughout an organization. That’s the part I think has a ton of value. Not every organization needs another pitching coach. Sometimes they need someone who can help build the pitching side of the organization itself. Today was another reminder of how much I enjoy doing exactly that. More to come.
