Working on staying stronger in the lower half, getting the glutes underneath me, and creating a more efficient transfer of power. @ROCKGOLDVA @mary_sobataka @karligodwin2
Getting stronger, more explosive before we pick up for Fall!

Working on the details that make a difference. 🔥
Focusing on better lower-half drive, staying connected through the pitch, and creating more power without forcing it.
Small mechanical adjustments. Better timing. More efficient movement.
The goal: more speed while still living in the zone. 🎯🥎
Back to work. 💪
