We've announced a proposed transaction with FG Imperii Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: FGII) to become a publicly traded company. tZERO is the original innovator in tokenization infrastructure. With our reset and refocus of the company over the last year, we've been building the regulated technology, infrastructure and market connectivity to power a tokenized financial system. Today, that vision takes a significant step forward.

Now that we’re this far into the year I hate to say it, but are we waiting for December 7th? 🚨
It just clicked to me. @ryancohen posted an ice cream tray that day last year making me think tomorrow was actually tomorrow until we’re still here and already in late October 2026 with nothing yet (which I hated him for this whole year tbh with the edging).
When I looked at the calendar December 7th falls on a Monday this year and noticed the first day of Hanukkah is that Saturday before.
