In my opinion Road signage, especially Stop signs are crucial to road safety. Posters can cause distractions and should not be erected in this manner.

How come the 500ml cans of Coors in @CentraIRL have a deposit of 15c as per the guidelines, but the 500ml cans of @GuinnessIreland have a deposit of 25c ? Any idea? Who sets the deposit rate? I have purchased Guinn in other stores with them at 15c.
