I used to think email was just part of running a business. Then I actually added it up. Replying, triaging, following up, chasing leads that went cold because I took too long. McKinsey put a number on it a while back and it still holds: about 11 hours a week, gone. Just on email. That's more than a full working day, every single week, not spent on anything that actually moves your business forward. A few months ago I started setting up AI agents to handle the bulk of it. Not replacing the important conversations, just taking care of the ones that shouldn't need me in the first place. Smart replies, auto-scheduling, flagging only the things that genuinely need a human decision. The difference has been pretty significant. I'm now offering this as a done-for-you setup for small business owners who are tired of living in their inbox. What's eating the most time in your week right now? Emails, admin, chasing people, something else? Drop it in the comments and I'll tell you honestly if an agent can fix it.
