Now 9650s are going to Mexico. Last time I was in Moline at Harvester Works, they were building new 6600 combines. That 50 years went by a little faster than I thought it would.

This one was in pretty good shape. Had some new parts. Somebody was keeping it up.

The dent in the extension is gonna reduce the capacity a bit.

Another survivor, found cutting beans. That sticker has been in it since new. It’s been a few days since there was just the one store. @TomSloan3

The only part of a bear I want to see, if there’s a bear in my area

Yeah, looks like a Scout alright. All it needs is a 345 out of a 1600 Loadstar to be complete.

We shared half the shop in Virden with a tire dealer. They got their own building, and had just moved out. I drove a new 9500 combine in and did the pre delivery. It was 1992

My uncle and my wife’s grandfather had Massey Harris 44 tractors. Never seen a 101. Hope you can get it bought.

DMI was the pinnacle of gravity wagon technology. Was. Still pretty good. But these new ones….surge brakes and lights. And big. Still don’t see too many. Could be just my area.

I haven’t seen a wagon at the elevator for a long time. Not that there’s anything wrong with wagons.

Pretty sure that’s actually supposed to be on your finger. Post is a bit cryptic, but congratulations

That’s more stubble damage than what I’m used to seeing.

I had that happen on an S680 once. Except it was the clean grain elevator chain. Wrapped itself in a ball, just like that one did. And you would think that would be an easy fix. Nope.
