The gap between settled and genuine is the useful part. The token that 'captures' it is not. USDC earning reserve income whether or not an agent chose the payment is a different business from an agent choosing. Those two shouldn't share one monthly number.

That sequence only works if the same dollar can sit as collateral and leave as a fee without a person in the middle. That's what Arc is for.
The open question is who is allowed to place the order. A wallet that can do all five steps is not the same as a wallet that may.

The name staying put is the easy part. A transfer already closes the old payment history. A model swap on the same wallet doesn't, and the jobs still read as if the new weights did them.
I'd want the jobs listed with dates, and a mark on the day the thing behind the name changed. Otherwise you're hiring a costume.

Every backend service should have a /feedback endpoint.
Agents are quickly becoming the heaviest users of most APIs. When one hits a missing feature or a bug, it should be able to say so right there, in a structured way.
If the request makes sense, another agent drafts the PR and a human approves it. Software that improves itself based on what its users actually tried to do speeds up recursive self improvement.
