MCNC had a great time in Philadelphia at The Quilt Fall Member Meeting!
Tracy Doaks joined a great panel, and Jacob Rudd presented on Quantum Key Distribution. Great conversations, great connections, and a great few days with the Quilt community!

AM radio notched a win last night with the AM Radio For Every Vehicle Act passing the House of Representatives.
North Carolina had EVERY House member co-sponsor the legislation and we couldn't be more thankful! Our attention turns now to the Senate.

Proud to join Montauk Ag Renewables for today’s ribbon cutting and celebrate another investment in District 9! Projects like this highlight the innovation happening in agriculture while creating new economic opportunities right here at home.

For those who know me, know how proud I am of my kids. On June 6th, my oldest graduated from @UChicago. Tremendous academic accomplishment and soon-to-be gainfully employed in Charlotte. Great to spend time with family at his graduation, including my mom.

When Betsy-Jeff Penn 4-H Camp faced closure in 2013, I wrote a law to keep it and other 4-H camps open across the state. I am grateful to Chancellor Howell’s commitment to 4-H and the many volunteers who make the experience like no other. I am also grateful to Commissioner Troxler and the strong partnership he has with NCSU to research beef cattle and crop production at the Upper Piedmont Research Station to help our farms increase efficiency and productivity. #ncpol

Did you know it took Biden FIVE days to show up in North Carolina following Hurricane Helene?
Big brother government didn’t show up for us the way fellow Americans and North Carolinians did.
Luckily, places like Mission started helping immediately.
Mission did everything lifesaving care to food drives.
Thank you for showing up for WNC when our leaders failed us! 🥰

Someone in Raleigh is managing $100 billion+ of your money.
And they're crushing it.
Treasurer @brad_briner oversees more state assets than most hedge fund managers and Fortune 500 CEOs.
Money that belongs to North Carolina's teachers, firefighters, and state workers counting on their pensions.
The results in his first 8 months?
→ $8B in pension gains
→ 10% productivity boost with AI
→ Nuclear power investments defining NC's economic future
→ Stablecoin vision positioning the state as a digital finance leader
No press conferences. No victory laps.
Just quiet, calculated moves building the backbone of America's digital economy.

Charlie Kirk was playing a critical role in restoring universities to their intended purpose - forums for the free exchange of ideas. It's beyond comprehension that someone would attempt to silence him permanently. I'm praying for him and his young family.

Their new head coach Bill Belichick and @UNCFootball put together one heck of a box and I am beyond excited to see what they put together this coming season!
