Hot and slow ride this morning. Last week I had a bad tumble 25 miles in. This week my bike ride was a little harder due to that but like Micah always said, “Never Ever Give Up”. Also, today I am 32 lbs down from the beginning of year and 18 from hitting goal for the year!
