A collaborative effort between government bodies and industry stakeholders is crucial to harnessing the positive impact of the film sector while ensuring ethical and classified content reaches audiences nationwide.
100s of youth show up @UNCC_UG to audition for movies every time a casting call is out. Majority are fresh graduates, @GovUganda of @KagutaMuseveni should know the employment capability of the film industry. @MediaCouncilUg say no to unclassified movies on all TVs. @UCC_Official

Still wondering about the Genesis of moral decay? Sample of TV stations broadcasting unclassified content in accordance to national standards under the watch of @UCC_Official, @MediaCouncilUg & @Mglsd_UG. Why then would 🇺🇬filmmakers continue to pay to classify their movies?

@UCC_ED The views expressed here are for film-makers that do film for business. That's why I'd suggest that we take you around and you see how families have survived and depend on film. ED, you have a family bigger than you can imagine. Look at the signs, please.

I don't agree with you @KigandaHussein This wasn't anything close to roasting but rather spot lighting film gaps to @UCC_ED 🇺🇬Film-makers are very humble, but soon hell will break loose due to gov't's continued deaf ear on issues of the 🇺🇬film market. newvision.co.ug/category/ent…
