These KOLs wanted ASC WLs spots for free and without any effort.
I refused to give them any.
So they called myself and ASC a scam countless times. Endless personal attacks and insults.
They fuded us pre-mint
They fuded us during the mint
They fuded us after the mint
They fuded us before Scope secondaries launched
They fuded us after Scope secondaries launched
They couldn't deal with it emotionally, so they continued by fuding Turbo Tap, and now anything Eclipse in general.
Now they will get to enjoy the death note, enjoy being sidelined, and watch as Eclipse & ASC rise up while the community keeps winning.

You can see everything we have to say about Sam in Vijay's original tweet.
But I think it's time for radical transparency. This is everything I have to say about my time at Eclipse. Unfiltered.
Vijay was my boss at my old job for a short period of time during DeFi summer. I had joined at the time as the first marketing hire. Over the course of 2.5 years, I scaled the entire marketing strategy there. As we worked together, got to know one another, and watched the industry implode post-FTX, we became friends and kept in touch even after he left.
When Vijay initially reached out to me over a year ago about potentially running it back and joining Eclipse, I was admittedly hesitant. But over the course of many phone calls, he eventually sold me on the idea of building the SVM as an execution layer on top of Ethereum.
I joined Eclipse on April 29th, 2024. And then the roller coaster started. Within my first week, I was suddenly tasked with putting out a dumpster fire of a PR shitshow. I had never dealt with anything like it before. It was unbelievably stressful and I was LIVID
I also reamed vijay out.
"How could you bring me into a situation like this?
WTF is going on?
Why should I stay here?"
And Vijay took it like a champ. Even though he was just as caught off guard as I was, he took my verbal abuse along with everyone else's. And it quickly became obvious that he was going to need to take on the responsibility of becoming the CEO.
Vijay has never been the type of person to seek the limelight or want extra publicity. We talked openly about this and everything else. The pressure that comes with being a CEO/running a company, the reality of the task at hand, the struggles he would face in the coming months. And he told me he needed my help to fix the state of company and move it forward. So I stayed.
And I'm glad I did.
I have been offered many jobs and exec titles since then and I continue to decline them. People often ask me "What has Vijay does to earn your loyalty to such an extent?"
And the answer is simple. I have watched this man do everything humanly possible to run this company the right way. I have watched as people try to assassinate our character and his more than anyone else's. And he continues to turn the other cheek and keep pushing forward.
I have talked openly to the team about behaviors I see other protocols willing to do that we will simply not engage in. That our goal is to find durable PMF and generate real revenue. And this example comes from the top down. The leadership team here collectively aligned on this when we agreed to stay on board.
And to make it abundantly clear where I stand:
I'm not looking for sympathy nor is anyone else here. This was what we signed up for when we agreed to stay and keep building at Eclipse. We have seen all types of allegations and FUD thrown at us. And that's the reality of CT. It doesn't matter when it's false, inaccurate, or even slanderous. Running a company properly is a thankless job anyway.
We probably lost the inner circle of CT insiders a long time ago. It is what it is. But the only thing that matters is finding PMF and winning as a business. We have hired an excellent team, we have cracked builders, and we are still committed to achieving this. To growing along with our community and builders sustainably and for the long haul.
I still believe that Eclipse has a fighting chance to truly win and the jobs not finished.
And for those that continue to support and stand by us. Thank you. We will not let you down.
