Thank you Constitution of India, its politicians and its people.
A general category candidate scoring 550 marks with an All India Rank of 13,000 in NEETPG cannot get MD Anaesthesiology at Banaras Hindu University.
But an SC candidate with just 70 marks out of 800 and rank 2,23,863 walks straight into the same MD Anaesthesiology seat at BHU.
This is not counselling.
This is the open murder of merit.
You are stuffing operation theatres with people who scored lower than random guessing, then expecting them to anaesthetise patients.
Patients will pay with their lives. Genuine doctors who actually studied will keep rotting outside. And you will still call this “social justice”.
Keep destroying the system.
History will remember who sold merit for votes.
There is this one MD medicine doctor on my TL who has a contrasting opinion on almost everything that goes on MedTwitter.

Students have earned their PG seats through hard work and merit, yet are unable to complete admissions as the govt withholds their original docs. Who will take responsibility if they lose their seats? What is the fault of the MBBS 2020 batch?@cmohry

Haryana’s health dept is sleeping. Over 300 students of MBBS 20 batch have got a college in round 1 PG counselling but dont have documents to produce bcz of incompetence of @sumitamisra @ArtiSinghRao @BJP4Haryana @cmohry . Why are docs not being released?
Incompetence of Haryana Health Dept extends to the point where they have not yet begun the process of state counselling round 1 for NEET PG.

Students are ready to sign affidavit to submit back docs after PG completion just like other states. 6 years since policy was implemented yet the DMER hasnt figured out the basics. Why not scrap the policy?
Each advt for doctors u put up gets 10x more applicants than vacancies
