Invisible Apple Cake
Ingredients:
4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
3 large eggs
⅔ cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla together.
Add flour, powdered sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Slice apples paper-thin and gently coat them in the batter.
Layer apples in the prepared pan, pressing gently. Pour remaining batter over the top.
Bake for 50–60 minutes until golden brown.
Cool for 25 minutes, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and enjoy!
Tip: The secret is slicing the apples super thin for that beautiful, custardy layered texture
