Really cool and inspirational story from Liam McChesney. He lost two years of basketball due to open heart surgery and has now returned to the floor, following @AlanHuss1 to Creighton.
Give it a listen! p.ftur.io/koznam/38261 #GoJays
JTT is an elite connector. In his 13 minutes. We scored 1.47 points per possession. His screening, cutting, and passing made our offense click.

Why I love the Flynn Clayman hire.
HPU pretty much needs 3 things in a basketball coach:
1) A Head Coach whose vision aligns with the values of the University.
2) A Head Coach that will bring in and develop great young people in the program.
3) A Head Coach with a tremendous hunger that has proven the ability to win at this level.
Flynn Clayman checks all those boxes. It’s really that simple.
They did not need a media frenzy or a splash hire. They did not need a gimmick or a coach that claims to have some schematic advantage. They didn’t need a spokesman or visionary. That’s not the style of HPU in 2025. We have the great surroundings, facilities, support and vision…we just need a great basketball coach to bring the right people into that program. I think @coachclayman is a great choice for that. Go Panthers!
