I'm on the market! If you know of place that needs an engineering leader (e.g. managing managers), leads and referrals are much appreciated.
I specialize in end-user product and roles requiring deep engagement with industry expertise.
I'm also confident in my platform skills, but it's just not where my recent experience is. From what I'm seeing, this is a market where employers can get very specific proven experience as needed, because of how many people are on market.
Thinking about this more, I'm guessing @Amtrak's pricing screen is showing prices that might be stale compared to their inventory, rather than real-time prices.
But as a customer, this is unacceptable.
They need a better solution to whatever the technical issue is.

X’s point of view has always been very clear that discrimination by everyone should STOP across the board -- I think that's something we can and should all agree on. When it comes to this platform -- X has also been extremely clear about our efforts to combat antisemitism and discrimination. There's no place for it anywhere in the world -- it's ugly and wrong. Full stop.
