My first day at a Test for 3 years didn’t disappoint. Jack Leech’s 10 wicket haul is almost as pleasing as his 1 run in 2019. And I spotted Lord Patel walking around so I had a brief chat with him to tell him I support what YCCC is doing now to defeat racism. #ENGvNZ

COVID-19 has finally got me and I’m gutted that I’ll miss @TeenageFanclub in Leeds on Saturday. 😢 I have 2 tickets that cost me £25 each. I’d accept less if someone wants to go in my place.
I’ve passed a rather sickly landmark. It’s 20 years since I last threw up. 🤢 It was in Cambodia, January 2002. I remember it vividly because it later turned out I had amoebic dysentery. Life was very different for a good 5 years after that. But at least I never threw up again.
