@FlySWISS absolute nightmare dealing with support. My 9/30 flight to Palermo was cancelled and was rebooked for 48 hours later, which would have caused to miss wedding. We cancelled and rebooked elsewhere as a result. Now Swiss is only refunding $250 of an estimated $1,266.73

I have spent 10+ hours with chat support who will disconnect if you don't respond within 60 seconds. The original operator promised me a full refund on the departure flight.
