Congrats to all the winners! While JUMPMAN didn’t make the winners’ cut, Matt and I are so grateful to have been considered among all the talented finalists. Thank you, @PAGEawards, for all you do for writers, and for helping get our Miyamoto movie a bit closer to a greenlight!🎬

Full-circle moment. 💙 So grateful to @ShoreScripts for supporting HEARD from screenplay to comic book!

Sometimes I think about how Zordon had Tommy float down from a blazing god-light like a boss rather than just tell the Rangers, “Hey, I made Tommy the new White Ranger.” Anyway, the two-part episode aired 32 years ago today. What a time it was to be a kid! 😂
It has arrived! 🎉 I got my physical copies of HEARD #1, one week before it hits comic shops!
It was such a joy to finally share the finished book with Ethan, who inspired the whole series. 💙

Comparing yourself to others makes a screenwriting career miserable.
There is ALWAYS someone doing better than you, and it’s usually plastered on a billboard or a bus driving by.
Shifting this mentality is not just the key to a better life, it produces better work, too.

The best part in planning 2027 is opening doors to people who have been supportive along the way.

NEVER underestimate the power of plodding.
If you're consistent & keep grinding, there's nothing you can't do, no matter how overwhelming it is initially. Just eat the elephant 1 bite at a time.
If you wrote just 1 page a day, in 3 months you will have a new feature script.
