An all-smaller market Finals is actually good for the NBA every once in a while - having your crowning moment be for the real hoopheads is an authentic way to serve the folks who are most dedicated to the game. Not everything has to be for everyone all the time.

Saw this game coming a mile away. Unfortunate that OKC is validating a lot of the takes that people had about them all year, but they’re playing like they have zero chip on their shoulder. At home in a game 7 to go to the WCF, and they have their tails between their legs.
