“Coaches do not need to have an encyclopedic-like knowledge of fundamentals, highly specific techniques and various drills. "Instead a coach can use their knowledge of the game to design representative environments that lead to the emergence of varied movement solutions.” @AlexJSarama in Transforming Basketball

Learning the science of how human beings move amd interact with their environment, and how it impacts how we coach. @ShakeyWaits is excellent, and @AlexJSarama is a pioneer for all coaches looking to apply a more ecological approach. Thankful for their work!
