Over an hour on the phone with @ChaseSupport to find out I need to be transferred to a different dept. Anyone that banks with @Chase is almost as dumb as the people that work there.

Another day another long call with the incompetent people at @Chase @ChaseSupport. 4 months of them unable to send me my funds correctly.
