Excellent advice for giving+receiving feedback 👇
Replying to @jonnym1ller
1. Do it regularly to make it *slightly* less uncomfortable
2. Ask/Do it in the moment about something specific
3. Listen curiously / Give generously
4. Focus on ‘I’ not you ‘You’ statements e.g ‘I experienced xxx NOT ‘you are xxxx’
5. Take what is helpful, leave what isn’t

2-You haven't given her the title or team she deserves.
3-Talking about her contributions doesn't make up for 1 and 2.
