📱 Xiaomi 18 Pro Max: First Impressions Been spending some time with the Xiaomi 18 Pro Max, and there's already quite a bit to talk about! 🔴 Design & Build Absolutely in love with the design. I could stare at the Red Transparent Edition all day. The looks are genuinely jaw-dropping! 🤌 🖥️ Display The display is top-notch. Colours look fantastic, and outdoor visibility has been excellent so far. No complaints here. More testing in the full review. One interesting bit: the privacy feature works well during the day, but doesn't seem to make much of a difference at night with the lights off. ⚡ Software Can't believe I'm saying this, but HyperOS 4 is DAMN smooth when it comes to animations! 🔥 However, not all apps seem optimised yet, with frequent jitters and stutters within certain apps. Still exploring the software and its features. 🔋 Battery & Performance Battery life has been impressive so far. I'm getting close to 2 days on a single charge with basic usage, including social media, music, Netflix and frequent camera use. Considering the massive 8,500mAh battery, that's the least we should expect! 😅 Charging details coming in the full review. 📸 There's still plenty left to explore, especially when it comes to the cameras. I'll save that for a dedicated camera review. For now, these are my initial impressions of Xiaomi's latest flagship. 👀
