I always use "they/them" pronouns when referring to RFK Jr. because I'm talking about both him AND the worm.

STATEMENT: Uncommitted delegates urge the Democratic Party to reject a hierarchy of human value by ensuring Palestinian voices are heard on the main stage. We are learning that Israeli hostages’ families will be speaking from the main stage. We strongly support that decision and also strongly hope that we will also be hearing from Palestinians who’ve endured the largest civilian death toll since 1948.

FACT: JD Vance was one of only eight Republican senators to sign onto a letter in support of menstrual surveillance by state law enforcement agencies.
The other 20 signatories are members of the House and a quick review of the names shows they are mostly hardcore Freedom Caucus wackos.
But think about it: Even in the House GOP caucus, they could only get 20 people to sign this thing.
That’s how extreme it is.
But JD Vance signed.

The Democratic Party should be big enough to include nurses like Cori Bush and principals like Jamaal Bowman.

Replying to @Tim_Walz @KamalaHarris

My favorite thing about Walz is that when faced w/ a slim democratic majority, he didn't shy away from our party's values.
Too often, politicians fail to govern out of fear of the next election. But Walz championed progressive policies again & again.
So happy he's the VP pick!

The unifying nomination of Tim Walz shows how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs are really important for bringing people together in the workplace.

Hot Take Alert:
Democrats doing things that unite the Democratic Party is actually good.

.@Tim_Walz is a great asset to @KamalaHarris’ winning campaign & administration.
He is a former public school teacher, football coach, and strong union supporter.
As governor, he delivered for working families in MN. As VP, he will deliver for the working families of the US.

Not good
People acting like it is antisemitic to express any concern here are being dishonest and irresponsible
UN Speech by @IsraeliPM Netanyahu is one of the finest, fact-based speeches ever re Mideast peace. Peace must precede Palestinian state #fb

Tim Walz is effectively communicating something that most dem politicians have previously failed at which is “its normal to want government to help people and it’s weird for it to make laws about your sex life”

you know what? if tim walz ends up on the ticket, i will donate to the party for the first time ever
this is the kind of folksy, take-no-shit midwestern gumption that wins hearts and minds. it’s far more effective than just picking the gov of whatever swing state they need
.@Tim_Walz: “How often in 100 days do you get to change the trajectory of the world? And how often in the world do you make that bastard wake up afterwards and know that a Black woman kicked his ass and sent him on the road?”
