I might look about as badass as the Keebler Elf but it is good to see @AllStarsBoxing Gym getting fixed up for a shoot in a new film. Did they ask me to play a part? Nooooooo! 🥊 Nonetheless it is great to see the building interior getting painted and remodeled a tad.👀

All-Stars Gym on the Harrow Road here in London is where a multi-cultural group of folk gathered daily to exercise and stay in shape. I have been attending their Saturday morning Wide Awake Club for about 28 years now. Such a great group of people! @AllStarsBoxing 🏃♂️🏋🏾🙆♀️

Not a lot of people know that after a few short months working out at @AllStarsBoxing Gym on the Harrow Road, London W10 4NJ, I looked EXACTLY like the great Barry McGuigan with my shirt off. Ask my missus, go on, just ask her…🙄

@AllStarsBoxing was the usual tough love ride this morning but as the late Isola Akay used to say, “we sweat in the gym so we don’t bleed in the ring.” He was awarded an MBE by Her Majesty and the BBC named him an Unsung Hero. He deserved both. And more. (Last photo is Mr. A.)

There comes a time in our lives, when accepting what is presented is the only option, good or bad, bad or good inevitable they all have their disadvantages & advantage. It’s hurts to be in this constant loop of pain, but we’re never surrendering.
