"The storm never lasts forever. We got to keep pushing, We got to keep moving forward." and "We don't want to lose. Trust me. It hurts me more than anything. I want to win more than anybody on the planet." -@CrosbyMaxx
#Raiders Star Edge Rusher and a Team Captain, Maxx Crosby shares his thoughts on his The Rush Podcast @TheRushWithMaxx with @broganroback11 after the @Raiders suffered their 4th loss in a row and head East to face a @nyjets team also hungry for a win. Crosby never shies away from the tough questions win or lose and you have to respect him for that. 🏴☠️
Now watch Jonah Laulu have the game of his life against the #Raiders 👇 Mark it down December 27th.

The Chiefs continue to show they place winning at all costs over moral standards!
Chiefs are signing K Justin Tucker to their practice squad, as @SamMcDowell11 reported. Tucker hasn’t kicked in the NFL since 2024 after violating the NFL’s personal-conduct policy following allegations of sexual misconduct.
For a freaking 4th Round pick!!! Are you kidding me a 4th? Why @Raiders are you not in on anybody? Have you given up on the season already?
From The Insiders on @nflnetwork: The #49ers trade for DeForest Buckner made too much sense.
"If the Raiders are out of playoff contention, that's when you start Fernando, even if Kirk Cousins is still playing at a high level" -@RobGronkowski
Future Hall of Fame Tight End, Football Analyst and TV personality Rob Gronkowski tells @Edelman11 how the #Raiders should approach the timing [if and when] to make a switch at quarterback to Fernando Mendoza. Gronk also addresses if Kirk Cousins' play starts to fall off. Always entertaining to hear Gronk give his insight. 👇🏴☠️
When the future becomes more important, you start Fernando Mendoza.

"A lot of teams around the league would love to add his edge, his run stopping ability, his pass rushing ability .... He is the one guy on the team that we can get Max value for." -@68INCOGNITO
4X All-Pro Guard, Co-Host of the Initial Contact Podcast and one of the very best at his position ever to wear the Silver & Black, Richie Incognito says he wouldn't want to see the @Raiders trade star Edge Rusher Maxx Crosby, but "They have to evaluate everything." Check out Richie's entire comments with Co-Host @christianfauria 👇🏴☠️
This was an 8-time pro bowl player and potential Hall of Famer who is a proven star at his position! I'll leave it at that. Seahawks make the aggressive move instead. #Raiders still need guard help nonetheless.
Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency.
But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.
“I would put Mendoza out there, [Raiders] took him number 1 for a reason!” -James Jones, former #Raiders receiver and Football Analyst. Jones tells it like it is 🏴☠️👇
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again Drew Mestemaker is a better pure thrower of the football than 95% of the current NFL quarterbacks including Josh Allen. An arm like Dan Marino’s with John Elway mobility!
Rob Leonard has been an NFL assistant for 14 seasons. That was his learning on the job experience. He’s now a Defensive Coordinator which there is no learning curve. He’s 1 level below Head Coach for Pete sakes! You either do the job or you’re not! It’s that simple. Just not cutting the mustard! @Raiders do better! Where’s the Commitment to Excellence?
The biggest reason I didn't want Rob Leonard was because I felt it's a gamble on a DC who has not done it before. Right now, it isn't really working out. But I dont think the #Raiders should fire him. I would give him the rest of the year, and depending on how it goes, maybe one offseason to get it right.
He’s right the time is now! #Raiders protecting Mendoza might just be hindering his development.
