Huge 4 Goal game from @Allied_Strength Athlete Jack Costanzo on Friday night. He STEPPED UP when the team needed him to and helped send @FishermenGhs to the Final Four for the first time in 16-years! Incredible performance from one of the hardest workers at AS 💪👊 @GDTSports

Since joining AS 3-years ago Jack has trained year round while playing 3 sports. He always SHOWS UP ready to put in the work and constantly encourages the other athletes he trains with to do their best. Couldn’t be prouder of him 💪👊

No secret here. Jack Costanzon is one of the hardest working athletes I’ve ever coached. Trains year round to be at his best.

Replying to @GDTSports
Costanzo is now up to 49 points on the season with two games to go, one shy of his second 50 point season. Last Gloucester player to score 50 in two seasons was also Paul Muniz in 96-97 and 97-98.

Gloucester gets one back on a power play goal from the far circle by Jack Delaney. Fishermen trail Masco 2-1 midway through the first period.
Also Jack Costanzo had another great steal/breakaway goal to lock in the lead and win last night to make @FishermenGhs 10-2 on the season
Great to see @Allied_Strength Athlete Jack Delaney make an immediate impact on his return to play last night, scoring the first goal of the game!! After injuring his shoulder in game a few weeks back he put in extra training at AS to get back on the ice even stronger. @GDTSports
Well deserved recognition for @Allied_Strength Athletes Jack Costanzo, Jack Delaney and Timmy Marrone in the Boston Herald about @FishermenGhs Hockey season bostonherald.com/2022/01/15/…

Also a great insight from Jack Costanzo on not specializing in one sport at an early age. Playing multiple sports along with a good strength and conditioning program can make a big impact on your athletic career.

Man of his word, at the end of his training session yesterday Jack Costanzo jokingly said he’d score a goal for @Allied_Strength in his game that night. He delivered with an incredible end to end goal to seal the win vs Danvers 💪👊 @GDTSports @FishermenGhs
