Our neighbor had a fire in Sept that shattered our windows (outside panes only, thankfully)... @PSInsurance: Takes 3 mos to finally satisfy our claim, won't let us replace in the meantime. Also @PSInsurance: "We cannot renew your policy bc your windows are broken." WHAT?!
I will never understand how a #legaltech provider comes to a customer and says, "yes, we know usage is very low and we haven't reached out about it, but it's renewal time and we will only renew on an Enterprise basis." 🤔 Big win battle, lose war energy.

We asked our daughter how she thinks things are going with this pandemic...

My NY Resolution is less of a resolution, more of a mantra... When I have a chance to do a thing or procrastinate, I think, "Will I want to do this any more 'later' than I do right now?" The answer is, obv, always "no." And, shockingly, that's been enough to make me do it 😱🤞🏻

I'm just a mom, staring longingly at my iced tea, sitting in the stroller caddy outside the door, while my toddler, who now wants to walk instead, sits in my lap, insisting she can put her shoes on herself...

Working from home all the time, indefinitely, with a one-year-old who knows I'm here and misses me, gets really hard some days. And then there are times, like now, when I get to hear her SQUEALING with delight in the other room, and it's just the best.

We've reached the point in the pandemic where my husband's big, exciting plan for the evening is to make stick figures with silverware. Send help, please (preferably, in the form of a vaccine for <5)

Planning our Q2 theme for @Legaltech_news #WomenOfLegalTech with @SherryKappel. We settled on women that invest in / advise #legaltech startups. Honestly, was a little nervous at first re having a big enough pool. But then, came up with >10 off the top of my head. 🎉💃💸

You know how air mattress cos finally got it together and started providing storage bags that are loose enough to fit the air mattress after it's been used and re-folded? That, but for Christmas lights.🎄🤔

My husband was told by a life insurance co this week that he's 46 (he's 45) bc he's closer to his 46th birthday than his 45th. My point is, ask a life insurance co and they'll confirm, #BettyWhite was 100.

My Twitter is now a @Delta complaint feed: 9:15am: "We will give you a call back within 50 mins" 12:17pm: Delta calls back, phone doesn't ring, I miss it by TWO MINUTES. I call back immediately... "Welcome back. Our current wait time is 2 hrs and 15 mins." 🤦🏼‍♀️😭

It's actually a lie to say flights are changeable or refundable when you don't allow the flight type to be changed or cancelled online and make it impossible to get someone on the phone wo a PA to sit on the line with full attn every second for hours - Once a loyal @Delta flyer
