Seriously need to review the information on your app @Eurostar @EurostarUK....! It shows the 9055 stopping at Ebbsfleet, when it in fact, doesn’t...! Not very helpful when we’re trying to arrange client collections.
So @LondonCityAir... 4 minutes to go in, stop and load our clients. 8 minutes sat in a queue to get to the barrier. Do you now deem it acceptable to profit from the congestion you’ve now caused in your pick-up area? Impossible to be in there for 10 mins or less!
