#HomeDepot be responsible for your guarantee! I have called for assistance with the lanai door handle and I get crickets. Now it will not open at all. People…do not listen to the salesman from Home Depot…he lies! 😡 Boo!
When one spends that much money and “ supposedly “ guarantees, personal follow up is not important.
I would not recommend this company as they do not follow up their promises. 🤨😠☹️
I contacted Home Depot and was given the person responsible for problems on our purchase. I left a voice mail with no response. I left a text message to the salesperson who sold us the windows and doors. Crickets! No follow up, nada, zilch, nothing.
In 2016, Jim purchased from Home Depot new windows and doors for this 1973 home. We really love the quiet the new installation affords us. Now, in late 2020, I began having trouble opening the lanai door, which is opened frequently due to the pups going in and out.

Due to extreme osteoarthritis in my left wrist and thumb, I will be taking a hiatus from sewing by the end of February to have the area repaired. I was informed that it may be 2-4 months....ugh
