Operator grades as follows:
0 - none
1 - mild
2 - moderate
3 - severe

Optimize your exam of joints:
1. Tenderness along the joint line (use enough pressure to blanche the nail bed)
2. Swelling - often a sign of synovitis (different than effusion)
3. Effusion (use #POCUS)
4. Pain with range of motion

What do Methotrexate & Bactrim have in common?
Both agents inhibit dihydrofolate reductase!
Dont use them together as it can cause:
- mucositis
- myelosuppression
- kidney injury
