Introducing the City of Starbase Police Department's Cybertrucks!
As we build Starbase's first municipal police department under Chief Glenn Bennett, these trucks will be part of our fleet serving the community. It's been exciting to watch the department come together piece by piece, from the first hires to the equipment that will help our officers serve residents, workers, and visitors.
The department is taking shape, and we look forward to sharing more along the way.

The Ascension RR Rear Wing for the 2024+ Tesla Model 3 Highland delivers up to 238 kg of rear downforce at 150 mph, eliminating rear lift and dramatically improving stability through fast corners and high-speed braking zones. NEWS: The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police have started to receive their new fleet of 10 Tesla Cybertrucks, upfitted by @UpfitTesla, to patrol the streets.
Sheriff Kevin McMahill: “We want these things because the cops inside will be safe no matter what. These stop bullets. They are also a tremendous recruitment tool for us.”
All 10 Cybertrucks were donated by billionaire Ben Horowitz—no taxpayer money was used.
